Adding a email account to outlook express / microsoft outlook

Start up outlook and click on tools then accounts the follow window opens as in picture 1

Click the mail tab at the top then click add then click mail a window will open like picture 2

In this window you type your name in the box called display name then click next a window will open like picture 3

In this window you type your email address then click next a window opens like picture 4

In this window make sure incoming mail says HTTP and the HTTP server says hotmail then click next a window will open like picture 5

In this window type your account name and password then click next a window will open like picture 6

Now you just need to click finish and that’s it you have added your hotmail to outlook then click send / receive This will download folders from hotmail.
